Welcome to Tradezeit (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App and website operated by Tradezeit.in ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
By using Tradezeit, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.

2. User Accounts

Registration: To access the beta, you may need to join our waitlist and Telegram group. Once approved, you will receive App access.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate details (e.g., name, email, Telegram ID) when creating your account.
Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or attempt fraud.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful activity, including financial scams or fraud.
Misrepresent trade data or attempt to manipulate platform analytics.
Upload malicious files, harmful code, or unauthorized broker CSVs.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership

All content, design, trademarks, and software in the App are the property of Tradezeit.in or licensed to us.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App for your own trading analysis. Commercial resale or redistribution is prohibited.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit the App’s features or data without written consent from us.

Disclaimers

Tradezeit is a tool for journaling and analytics only.
We do not provide investment advice, stock tips, buy/sell recommendations, or financial guarantees.
All trading decisions you make are your own responsibility.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradezeit.in is not liable for:

Losses from your trading activities, including financial losses or missed opportunities.
Unauthorized access, data breaches, or errors beyond our reasonable control.
Bugs, downtime, or technical issues in the beta period.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tradezeit.in, its team, and affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from:

Your use of the App,
Your violation of these Terms, or
Your misuse of trading or personal data.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the App evolves. If we make significant changes, we will update the “Effective Date.” Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
